Request an Executive Briefing.

Engagements begin with a 30-minute conversation. Miguel responds personally within two business days.

How engagements begin.

The first stage of every engagement is a 30-minute executive briefing. The briefing is focused on the situation, the constraints, the timeline, and the kind of senior judgment the work would require. The briefing is the briefing — not a pitch, not a sales call, not a qualification interview. By the end, both sides know whether a fit exists worth pursuing further.

Miguel responds personally to every submission. After reviewing the situation, Miguel proposes two or three windows for the executive briefing; the buyer confirms a slot; Miguel sends a calendar invite from info@tekfocus.com.

The full engagement cycle — fit confirmation, discovery and scope, statement of work, engagement start — is described on the How We Engage page.

Tell Miguel about the situation.

The form takes about two minutes. Miguel reads every submission personally.
